Payment of child protection benefits begins today in the Sarajevo Canton

(Patria) - The Ministry of Labor, Social Policy, Displaced Persons and Refugees of the Sarajevo Canton announced that payment of benefits based on family and child protection for March begins today, and can be collected at banks where beneficiaries have open current accounts.

These funds have been allocated for 13,131 beneficiaries of the right to child allowance, salary compensation for working mothers, additional assistance for the care and nurturing of a child for working mothers, financial assistance after childbirth for non-working mothers, financial assistance for unemployed mothers (FBiH), additional assistance for the care and nurturing of a child for unemployed mothers (Sarajevo Canton), one-time financial assistance for newborn equipment, and additional assistance for the nutrition of a child up to six months.

For this purpose, the Ministry has allocated more than seven million BAM.
