(Patria) - High concentrations of sulfur dioxide, recorded yesterday, have drastically decreased and do not pose a danger to the health of the population.
A change in wind direction led to a decrease in SO2 which was coming into Sarajevo Canton from the north.
The air is clean, as recorded at all measuring points in Sarajevo Canton.
According to the latest measurements at 10 AM, SO2 values at all cantonal measuring stations range from 14 to 43 micrograms per cubic meter.
Low values of polluting PM 10 particles are also being recorded.
