29 million KM less collected in June compared to last year

In June 2014, 497 million KM of indirect taxes were collected, which is 29 million KM less compared to June 2013. The main reason for lower June revenues in 2014 is the fact that revenues from domestic VAT, reported and paid based on the VAT return for May, which was submitted by June 10 this year, were lower due to floods compared to June last year, the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH (UIO) announced, reports the BiH News Agency Patria (NAP).

Revenues from indirect taxes in the first six months of 2014 amounted to 2 billion and 896 million KM, which is 74 million KM or 2.62% more compared to the same period in 2013, when they amounted to 2 billion and 822 million KM.

The same amount as the previous year, a total of 365 million KM, was allocated for financing state institutions for the six months of 2014.
