Sarajevo Airport Records 16 Percent More Passengers in July

Traffic growth at Sarajevo International Airport was also recorded in July of the current year, reports the Patria News Agency.

During July, Sarajevo International Airport served 80,586 passengers, which is 16 percent more compared to the same period last year, and an increase in the number of air operations was also achieved, with 632 realized, or 15 percent more compared to the same period in 2013.

- Regarding cargo, in July 2014, a total of 194,738 kg of commercial cargo was processed, which is 31 percent more than realized in the same month of 2013. Sarajevo International Airport continuously records traffic growth, and by the end of the year, it is expected that almost 700,000 passengers will be registered at this airport – it was announced from this company.
