April 16 Declared Day of Mourning in FBiH

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Due to the tragic deaths of four employees of the "Kovačići" Elementary School in Sarajevo, the Government of the Federation of BiH, at today's emergency session in Sarajevo, adopted the decision to
declare April 16, 2019, as the Day of Mourning in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Members of the Federal Government expressed deep sympathy and condolences to the families of the deceased and the work collective due to their great loss.

The Day of Mourning shall be observed by flying the flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina at half-mast, or on the flagpole, on the buildings of the Government and institutions of the Federation of BiH.

On the Day of Mourning, cultural and entertainment programs cannot be held in public places in the Federation of BiH, and media houses are obliged to harmonize and adapt their program content to the Day of Mourning.
