Emergency session of the House of Representatives on Thursday, two 'European laws' on the agenda

(Patria) - The 15th emergency session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be held in Sarajevo on January 16, starting at 12:00 PM.

The agenda includes two items, which are two so-called European laws:

• Proposal of the Law on Border Control, P.Z.E.I., proposer: Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a request for consideration under urgent procedure, in accordance with Article 133 of the Rules of Procedure, number: 01,02-02-1-2546/24 of December 17, 2024; and

• Proposal of the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina, P.Z.E.I., proposer: Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, number: 01,02-02-1-2548/24 of December 17 and 18, 2024, abbreviated procedure (first reading).
