No confirmations in BPK Goražde regarding transfers of councilors and representatives to NIP

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - For days, there have been speculations in BPK Goražde about the possible entry of delegate Nijaz Musić from the House of Peoples of the FBiH into Naroda i Pravda. Besides him, the transfer of another representative in the cantonal assembly and two councilors from Goražde was also mentioned.

In Goražde's NIP, they do not hide that there have been contacts with Musić after he was expelled from SDA, but our sources claim that the possibility of joining NIP was not discussed. The president of NIP, Elmedin Konaković, previously stated that no one will be admitted without the consent of the local organization where young people did a good job in the local elections. This story is likely connected to Aljoša Čampara's move to NIP, who would certainly like to see his former party colleague Nijaz Musić there as well.

Our sources in Goražde's NIP are not sure if Musić lobbied the party leadership, but they claim that such a decision cannot be made without them. They say that in general, they have nothing against people from SDA joining this party, provided they accept NIŠA's principles and have worked honorably.

"Honestly, we are a bit tired of the market speculations regarding this and the alleged arrival of more councilors and representatives. If there is any concrete discussion, we will state our position on it," said representatives from Goražde's NIP.

Due to the turbulence on the political scene in Goražde, Edita Velić, the current president of the Cantonal Committee of DF, who is close to Nijaz Musić, might also seek new political engagement. Their closeness, as claimed in this city, resulted in Musić pushing his cadres into the municipal council through DF in the local elections. One of them was later expelled from SDA.
