Fuel prices are falling in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Fuel prices at some stations in Bosnia and Herzegovina are up to 30 feninga per liter lower this weekend than in previous days, and a drop in fuel prices at all stations in the country is expected in the coming days, writes the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

The drop in prices on the BiH oil market followed a drop in the price of a barrel on the world market, which is about 30% lower than at the beginning of the year, and in November it is around 75 dollars per barrel.

From "G-petrol", which manages Gazprom stations in BiH, they confirmed to Patria that fuel prices at their stations have been reduced. In some parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, such as Bijeljina, the price of diesel is even below 2 KM, which is the lowest price per liter of diesel recorded in BiH in the last few years.

Milenko Bošković, president of the Association of Oil and Oil Derivatives Traders, also confirmed to NAP that the conditions for reducing oil prices at petrol stations have been met in BiH. How much that reduction will be, he says, depends on the oil companies themselves, which freely set prices.  

From the largest BiH oil company "HIFA", they told Patria that it is good that the conditions for lowering fuel prices in BiH have been met, because this will not only affect the standard of citizens who use cars, but the drop in fuel prices will directly relieve the domestic economy and improve business conditions in the country.

Bosnia and Herzegovina has had the lowest fuel prices compared to the region so far, writes NAP.
