Bosnia and Herzegovina: 629 new cases, 18 deaths

(Patria) - In Bosnia and Herzegovina, 629 new coronavirus cases were registered in the past 24 hours.

In the same period, 18 people died as a result of the infection.

A total of 2,078 samples were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, of which 334 were positive for coronavirus. New cases were registered in all cantons.

Three people died, from the Central Bosnia and Sarajevo Cantons, while three deaths were reported retroactively.

In the entity of Republika Srpska, 877 laboratory samples were tested, and coronavirus was confirmed in 295 people.

In the last 24 hours, 12 deaths were reported. These are seven men and five women, of middle and older age, three of whom are from Banja Luka, two from Prijedor, and one each from Derventa, Doboj, Novi Grad, Rogatica, Sokolac, Srebrenica, and Vlasenica.
