Four candidates remain in the race for SIPA Director position

SARAJevo, (Patria) - The Independent Board of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, at its session in Sarajevo, determined that one of the five applications for the position of SIPA Director was incomplete. This concerns the application of Njegoš Jovanović, whose application was not complete and he cannot proceed in the race for the head of the State Investigation and Protection Agency.

It was determined that the current director Perica Stanić, the Director of the Police of Republika Srpska Darko Ćulum, as well as the former SIPA director Goran Zubac, and the current police chief from Trebinje Žarko Laketa, submitted complete applications.

The Independent Board confirmed that candidates whose applications meet the contest requirements will be interviewed by the Board immediately after the competent authorities provide the Board with the results of the checks to be carried out in accordance with the law.
Information on the visit of the members of the Independent Board to SIPA was acknowledged.
