15 people died in BiH in the last 24 hours, 427 newly infected

(Patria) - In the past 24 hours, 1,940 samples were reported to the Institute for Public Health of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, of which 283 were positive for SARS-CoV-2.

New cases were registered in all cantons in the Federation of BiH, except in Bosansko-podrinjski and Posavski.

So far, a total of 419,917 samples have been tested, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 80,602 people.

As of today, 80,602 patients have recovered in the Federation of BiH. In the past 24 hours, 1,418 patients have recovered. Currently, there are 6,995 active cases positive for SARS-CoV-2.

In the past 24 hours, 11 new deaths were reported to the Institute for Public Health of the Federation of BiH.

As of today, the number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 2,564.

Since the last report on the epidemiological situation in the Republika Srpska, in the last 24 hours, testing of 652 laboratory samples was performed at the Institute for Public Health of the RS, the University Clinical Center of the RS, the University Hospital in Foča, and the hospitals Sv. Vračevi in Bijeljina and Sv. apostol Luka in Doboj, and the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 135 people.

These are 72 men and 63 women, of whom 18 are younger, 75 middle-aged, and 42 elderly.

According to place of residence, 38 people are from Banja Luka, 29 from Trebinje, eight each from Laktaši and Prijedor, seven from Gradiška, six from Prnjavor, five from Bileća, four each from Bijeljina, Kozarska Dubica and Modriča, three each from Doboj and Ljubinje, two each from Bratunac, Srbac and Teslić, and one each from Višegrad, Derventa, Zvornik, Lopare, Milići, Mrkonjić Grad, Pelagićevo, Ribnik, Rogatica and Sokolac.

In the last 24 hours, three deaths with confirmed presence of the coronavirus were reported to the Institute for Public Health of the RS. These are three elderly men from Doboj (two people) and Banja Luka.

So far, 41,281 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the RS, and a total of 2,133 people with a confirmed coronavirus test have died.

In the RS, so far 28,673 people have recovered from the new coronavirus, and a total of 190,234 people have been tested.

The total number of hospitalized in the RS is 526, 184 in the University Clinical Center of the RS, and 342 in general hospitals.

In the RS, 4,175 people are currently under health supervision, and supervision has been completed for 132,380 people.

Today, nine new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the Brčko District of BiH. One male person died.
