SARAJEVO, (Patria) – In the last 24 hours, 1,010 cases of infection have been confirmed in BiH, and slightly fewer samples were tested than in previous days.
A total of 1,704 samples were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 777 are positive for SARS-CoV-2 (KCUS did not provide complete data for the previous 24 hours).
New cases were registered in all cantons in the Federation of BiH, except for Canton 10.
A total of 1,129,953 samples have been tested so far, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 217,923 people.
In the last 24 hours, 22 deaths were reported in the Federation of BiH, in Herzegovina-Neretva, West Herzegovina, Zenica-Doboj, Posavina, Central Bosnia, Tuzla, and Sarajevo Cantons, while 24 deaths were reported retroactively.
The total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 7,865.
In RS, 220 laboratory samples were tested, and the coronavirus was confirmed in 136 people.
In the last 24 hours, 12 deaths were reported to the Institute of Public Health of the Republic of Srpska.
So far, 103,569 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the Republic of Srpska, and a total of 5,737 people who tested positive for coronavirus have died.
Today, 97 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Brčko District of BiH. One person died.
