The most serious intelligence underworld conflict to date is underway in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The most serious conflict of the intelligence underworld, which has been operating under the auspices of the SDA for many years, is certainly underway, and therefore victims are inevitable. “There will be meat for the blackbird and the raven,” we would say, because it involves old, experienced intelligence officers from the UDBA and KOS, assessed the portal Thebosniatimes, analyzing the pressure that the president of BPS, Sefer Halilović, is intensively exerting on the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) in his desire to send Bakir Alispahić, the former Minister of Internal Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and one of Alija Izetbegović's closest associates, behind bars, reports the Patria news agency (NAP).

At the end of last month, BPS entered into a coalition with the SDA, but only under one condition: that the SDA would prosecute Alispahić, whom Halilović has been blaming for years for the death of his wife during the aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1993, even though the prosecutor's offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina previously assessed Halilović's accusations as unfounded.

After Bakir Izetbegović needed support in the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina at all costs at the end of July to adopt the new Labor Law, as demanded by European officials, he agreed to Halilović's offer to carry out a political persecution of Alispahić, within 30 days.

Halilović had all along blamed Bakir Izetbegović and his father Alija Izetbegović for his wife's death, but he abruptly changed his opinion. Admittedly, Halilović's son Semir continues his campaign against the SDA and Izetbegović even after his father made a deal with Izetbegović.

- Since Bakir Izetbegović “swore by Allah” that he had nothing to do with the murder of Halilović's wife, and thus BPS agreed to enter a coalition with the SDA, “the wheels came off” for Bakir Alispahić – assesses the portal Thebosniatimes.

However, the analysis further states that Bakir Izetbegović is not up to their level and therefore he could be their victim! He has already made a mistake, states Thebosniatimes, if he underestimated Alispahić, adding in the analysis that Halilović has always been and remains a “troublemaker with white socks” as described by the former President of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Alija Izetbegović. Finally, the portal concludes, among other things, that this is indeed his political reach, reports Patria.
