962 new infections, 22 deaths in BiH

SARAJEVO, (Patria) – In the last 24 hours, 962 cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in BiH, and 22 people have died.

The Institute for Public Health of the Federation of BiH was reported a total of 2,112 samples, of which 478 tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.

New cases were registered in all cantons of the Federation of BiH. So far, a total of 936,691 samples have been tested, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 167,250 people.

In the past 24 hours, 14 people died in the Federation of BiH, from Una-Sana, Herzegovina-Neretva, Zenica-Doboj, Tuzla and Sarajevo Canton.

The total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 6,602.

In the entity of RS, 1,012 laboratory samples were tested, and the coronavirus was confirmed in 442 people.

In the last 24 hours, seven deaths were reported to the Institute of Public Health of the Republic of Srpska.

So far, 85,821 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the Republic of Srpska, and a total of 4,888 people who tested positive for the coronavirus have died.

In the Republic of Srpska, a total of 347,811 people have been tested.

The total number of hospitalized in the Republic of Srpska is 598, 256 in the University Clinical Center of the Republic of Srpska, and 342 in other hospitals. 42 people are on ventilators, 10 in the University Clinical Center of the Republic of Srpska, 32 in other hospitals).

In the Republic of Srpska, 7,106 people are currently under health supervision.

Today, 42 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the Brčko District of BiH. One female person died.
