740 new cases of coronavirus in BiH, 25 deaths

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - In Bosnia and Herzegovina, 740 new coronavirus cases have been recorded in the past 24 hours. A total of 25 people have died.

A total of 2,674 samples were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 425 were positive for SARS-CoV-2.

New cases have been registered in all cantons in the Federation of BiH.

A total of 971,122 samples have been tested so far, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 173,866 people.

In the past 24 hours, six people have died in the Federation of BiH, from the Central Bosnia and Sarajevo Cantons, while one death was reported retroactively.

The total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 6,877.

In Republika Srpska, in the last 24 hours, 830 laboratory samples were tested, and the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) has been confirmed in 285 people.

In the last 24 hours, 18 deaths have been reported to the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska.

So far, a total of 89,016 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Republika Srpska, and a total of 5,121 people have died who tested positive for coronavirus.

A total of 356,676 people have been tested in Republika Srpska.

In Brčko District of BiH, 30 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered, and one person has died.
