285 new cases of coronavirus infection in BiH

(Patria) - In the past 24 hours, the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH reported 212 new cases positive for SARS-CoV-2. From the last report on the epidemiological situation in the Republika Srpska, in the last 24 hours, at the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska, the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska, the hospitals St. Vračevi in Bijeljina and St. Apostle Luka in Doboj, and the University Hospital in Foča, 510 laboratory samples were tested, and the new coronavirus was confirmed in 73 people in Republika Srpska. Therefore, in BiH we have 285 new cases of infection.

New cases were registered in all cantons in the Federation of BiH, except for Bosansko-podrinjski and Posavski.

So far, SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 14,208 people.

In the past 24 hours, 5 new deaths were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH. The deceased are men from Cazin, Gračanica, Gradačac, and Novi Travnik, as well as a woman from Lukavac.

As of today, the total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 396.
