In BiH 223 new coronavirus cases, 20 people died

(Patria) - In Bosnia and Herzegovina, only 1,143 samples were tested for coronavirus in the last 24 hours, and 223 were positive. 20 infected with coronavirus died.

In the past 24 hours, the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH reported 769 samples, of which 189 are positive for coronavirus.

New cases were registered in Una-Sana, Central Bosnia, Herzegovina-Neretva, West Herzegovina, Zenica-Doboj, Tuzla, and Sarajevo Cantons.

In the past 24 hours, the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH reported 15 new deaths. As of today, the number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 2,690.

A total of 452,051 samples have been tested so far, and coronavirus has been confirmed in 85,729 people.

As of today, 77,233 patients have recovered in the Federation of BiH. In the past 24 hours, 11 patients have recovered. There are currently 5,806 active cases positive for coronavirus.

In the Republic of Srpska, 371 laboratory samples were tested in the last 24 hours, and coronavirus was confirmed in 33 people. Five people who tested positive for coronavirus died.

These are 15 male and 18 female newly infected individuals, of whom 20 are of middle age and 13 are of older age.

The Institute of Public Health of the Republic of Srpska reported five deaths in which the presence of the coronavirus was confirmed. These are older individuals from Banja Luka (two people), Višegrad, Mrkonjić Grad, and Prnjavor.

So far, 43,252 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the Republic of Srpska, and a total of 2,249 people have died in whom the coronavirus test was confirmed.

In the Republic of Srpska, 36,172 people have recovered from the new coronavirus so far, and a total of 201,270 people have been tested.

The total number of hospitalized in the Republic of Srpska is 507, at the University Clinical Center of the Republic of Srpska 216, and in general hospitals 291.

In the Republic of Srpska, 3,383 people are currently under health supervision, and supervision has been completed for 140,002 people.

Today, one new case of coronavirus infection was registered in Brčko District of BiH out of three tested. Five people have recovered. There are currently 143 active infections.
