21 deaths and 332 new coronavirus cases in Bosnia and Herzegovina

(Patria) - After testing 3,362 samples for coronavirus in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 332 new cases of infection were registered. 21 people infected with the coronavirus died.
The infection was confirmed in 157 people the day before, after testing 1,497 samples. Today, in Brčko District of BiH, 30 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered. One male person died.

In the past 24 hours, 2,519 samples were reported to the Institute for Public Health of the Federation of BiH, of which 231 were positive for coronavirus.

New cases were registered in all cantons of the Federation of BiH, except for Bosnian-Podrinje and West Herzegovina Canton.

So far, a total of 415,749 samples have been tested, and the coronavirus has been confirmed in 80,179 people.

As of today, 68,878 patients have recovered in the Federation of BiH. In the past 24 hours, 1,006 patients have recovered. Currently, there are 8,760 active cases positive for coronavirus.

In the past 24 hours, 10 new deaths were reported to the Institute for Public Health of the Federation of BiH.

As of today, the number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 2,541.

Since the last report on the epidemiological situation in Republika Srpska, in the last 24 hours, testing of 843 laboratory samples was carried out at the Institute for Public Health of Republika Srpska, the University Clinical Centre of Republika Srpska, the University Hospital in Foča, and the hospitals Sveti Vračevi in Bijeljina and Sveti Apostol Luka in Doboj, and the coronavirus was confirmed in 81 people.

These are 41 male and 40 female persons, of whom 10 are younger, 42 middle-aged, and 29 elderly.

By place of residence, 29 people are from Banja Luka, nine from Bijeljina, seven from Doboj, six from Bosanska Dubica, five from Prijedor, three each from Zvornik, Modriča, Prnjavor and Bosanski Šamac, two each from Kneževo, Laktaši and Teslić, and one each from Derventa, Lopare, Oštra Luka, Petrovo, Srbac, Ugljevik and Čelinac.

In the last 24 hours, 10 deaths with confirmed presence of the coronavirus were reported to the Institute for Public Health of Republika Srpska. These are eight men and two women, elderly, from Banja Luka (two people), Rogatica, Laktaši, Trebinje, Teslić, Stanari, Modriča, Ugljevik and Doboj.

So far, 41,041 cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed in Republika Srpska, and a total of 2,123 people with a confirmed coronavirus test have died.

In Republika Srpska, 28,193 people have recovered from the new coronavirus so far, and a total of 188,879 people have been tested.

The total number of hospitalized patients in Republika Srpska is 534, with
193 in the University Clinical Centre of Republika Srpska and 341 in general hospitals.

In Republika Srpska, 3,966 people are currently under health supervision, and supervision has been completed for 131,751 people.
