Ruling coalition meeting in Banja Luka tomorrow

(Patria) - After last week's meeting in Sarajevo, the leaders of the political parties forming the coalition at the BiH level are expected to meet in Banja Luka tomorrow.

It has been confirmed for Vijesti.ba that the meeting will be held at the Palace of the Republic, starting at 3 PM.

Discussions on the topics for the meeting are still ongoing, and the leaders are expected to discuss the Growth Plan and the functioning of the coalition.

Let us remind you, last week in Sarajevo, the adoption of a series of agreements was agreed upon at the Council of Ministers of BiH, as well as in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament. However, not everything went according to plan, even though the leader of HDZ BiH, Dragan Čović, said that these two sessions were a test for the ruling coalition.

Čović said yesterday that the test was not passed and that 30 out of 57 agenda items of the House of Peoples session were without any coordination from the ruling coalition partners.

He stated that even the members of the Collegium of the House of Peoples did not vote together on all items, and assessed that the position in BiH has not existed for a long time.

- How can we say we have a position if we constantly have problems functioning within the Parliamentary Assembly and the Council of Ministers? - Čović asked.

Let us remind you, yesterday at the session of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament, the opposition, by a majority of votes, changed the agenda and made serious changes in the parliamentary committees.
