SARAJEVO, (Patria) - In the first 11 months of 2019, 152 cars were stolen in the Sarajevo Canton area, according to official data from the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton. In November, seven cars were stolen, while three were returned, one by the Ministry of Interior of the Republika Srpska, one by the Ministry of Interior of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, and the owner found his vehicle himself.
During October 2019, 12 cars were stolen in the Sarajevo Canton area. Nine were found, six by the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton, two by other ministries of interior, and the owner found his vehicle himself.
During September, 13 motor vehicle thefts were recorded in the Sarajevo Canton area, of which six were found and returned to owners (four vehicles were returned by the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton, and owners found two vehicles themselves).
In the first eight months of 2019, 120 cars were stolen.
