TWITTER ARENA Tegeltija debated journalists and recording, Mektić seized the opportunity

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The social network Twitter is increasingly gaining the reputation of a place for public exchange of opinions.

Sometimes it is in the spirit of parliamentarism and "fair-play", and often we see "low blows".

Thus, today the President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, Milan Tegeltija, tweeted a question: "I repeat the question, based on everything, do you claim that it is permissible in the "public interest" to secretly audio and video record without court approval, and do you encourage journalists to engage in such activities?".

Ivana Korajlić, Director of Transparency International, replied: "If a journalist records the commission of a criminal offense whose disclosure is in the public interest, I support it in any case. This is also the position of the European Court of Human Rights. I am not talking about unauthorized recording by law enforcement agencies, for example, which requires court approval, that is another issue", writes Patria.

And what would Twitter be without Dragan Mektić, today a Member of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, and former Minister of Security.

Reacting to the debate between Tegeltija and Korajlić, Mektić responded to the head of the HJPC: "I assume that the main motive for this text is that you were recorded committing a criminal offense in the BRIBERY affair. Ivana does not encourage journalists to secretly record, but rather the publication by journalists when they obtain it. That's what's bothering you in your bribery affair", writes Patria.

It is clearly never boring on Twitter.
