Tuzla resident had mobile phone stolen in Novo Sarajevo, Sarajevo man beaten in Centar parking lot

Sarajevo police arrested yesterday around 4 PM Š. A., born in 1994, from Sarajevo, on suspicion that on the same day around 3:20 PM, at a bus stop in Džemala Bijedića street near number 2 in the Novo Sarajevo municipality, he attacked B.A. from Tuzla and, threatening him with a pistol, stole his mobile phone, Patria reports.

The duty prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office was informed about the robbery, and Š.A. was handed over to the Detention Unit for Persons Deprived of Liberty of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior.

On the same day around 10:35 AM, in the parking lot on Obala Kulina bana street, Centar municipality, unknown persons attacked S.E. from Sarajevo and inflicted serious injuries on him. He received medical assistance at the General Hospital “Prim.dr. Abdulah Nakaš”. S.E. reported the attack to the police at 12:45 PM. The attackers are being sought.
