Today's continuation of the main hearing in the lawsuit filed by Samir Arnautović against Sanja Vlaisavljević on charges of defamation at the Municipal Court in Sarajevo has been postponed until January 20, 2016, reports the Patria news agency.
One of the plaintiff's two attorneys, Damir Alagić, requested the postponement to allow sufficient time for an out-of-court settlement, arguing that this lawsuit could cause harm to both parties, has already been ongoing for a long time, and if continued, could even last for years.
According to the decision of the presiding judge, Pavle Crnogorac, the hearing of psychiatric expert witnesses has also been postponed. We note that during this lawsuit, Vlaisavljević published two books of Arnautović's plagiarisms, "Plagiarism for Beginners - A Guide to the Plagiarisms of Full Professor Samir Arnautović, Parts I and II," with the aim of proving the credibility of the statements for which she was sued.
