Prosecutor will seek custody for owner of company where 400 kg of drugs were found

(Patria) - The suspect, charged with organized crime and unauthorized trafficking of narcotic drugs, will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina during the day. After questioning the suspect, the prosecutor will submit a proposal to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for ordering a custody measure for the suspect.

The aforementioned suspect is the owner of a company from the area of Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje, in whose premises yesterday a seizure of approximately 400 kilograms of the narcotic drug marijuana-skunk was carried out, in an operation conducted by SIPA officers under the order of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The suspect is under investigation for the criminal offense of organized crime under Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina in connection with the criminal offense of unauthorized trafficking of narcotic drugs under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and SIPA continue intensive work on this case.
