PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE SLEEPS Darko Ćulum walked into SIPA, held a meeting and took an official car!

(Patria) - Darko Ćulum today voluntarily appeared at the headquarters of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in Lukavica after informing the Council of Ministers of BiH, the Independent Board of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly and the Deputy Minister of Security of BiH Ivica Bošnjak by letter dated July 9 that he is withdrawing his resignation of March 18 and returning to the position of director on July 14. Although there was enough time for the competent authorities to react, they failed to do so.

Thus, Ćulum appeared at SIPA this morning, where he also held a meeting with managers, most of whom are Serbs. After some time, Ćulum left SIPA in an official Passat car that was parked within the SIPA premises!

Ćulum left the position of SIPA director on March 18 based on an unconstitutional law and the actions of the leadership of the RS entity and moved to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS.

The Council of Ministers of BiH never dismissed him, based on which Ćulum interprets that he is formally still the director.

And instead of the Council of Ministers of BiH urgently convening today and finally dismissing him, Ćulum is acting as if he did not participate in the attack on the constitutional order in the past four months.

In this case, all state institutions, led by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, have failed because they have not sanctioned the violation of the law, so Ćulum, as a civilian, walked into a state institution today and took a car.

Worse than Ćulum are only those who responded to his meeting today instead of reporting him and demanding that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH arrest him.
