Prosecution sent amended indictment against Dodik to the Court of BiH

(Patria) - The BiH Prosecutor's Office has submitted an amended indictment against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the "Official Gazette of Republika Srpska," Miloš Lukić, to the Court of BiH.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment on Friday, August 11, against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić, for failing to implement the decisions of Christian Schmidt. The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.

The Court returned it to the BiH Prosecutor's Office for amendment this week.

Dodik filed a criminal complaint against prosecutor Nedim Ćosić, and his legal team requested the recusal of judge Jasmina Ćosić-Dedović from the proceedings.

Concurrently, Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić filed a report against unknown persons who allowed access to a court letter related to this case!
