KS Prosecutor's Office seeks one-month detention for Tarik Prusac who killed his wife in Dobrinja

(Patria) - The acting prosecutor of the KS Prosecutor's Office has proposed to the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo to order one-month detention for Tarik Prusac, suspected of the aggravated murder of a female person.

Detention has been proposed due to the risk that the suspect might repeat the criminal offense if at liberty, and due to the risk that the suspect's release could cause public unrest, the KS Prosecutor's Office announced.

The hearing will be held on Monday.

We remind you that on May 1st, in the afternoon hours, Prusac killed his wife Elma Godinjak Prusac with his service pistol (owned by a security agency) in the Dobrinja settlement, and then took their five-year-old daughter to Baščaršija for ćevapi.

He was arrested in a police operation several hours after the murder.
