Prosecutor's Office of the Sarajevo Canton proposed a ban on performing official duties for Salamović and Sulejmanović

(Patria) - The acting prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of the Sarajevo Canton proposed to the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo a ban on performing official duties for the suspects Nijaz Salamović and Reuf Sulejmanović.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Sarajevo Canton assessed that the proposed measure of banning the performance of current duties as director of KJKP RAD and acting executive director in JP Željeznice FBiH, as well as preventing the suspects from being appointed to a position in another public company or administrative body, can fully achieve the purpose of protecting the public interest, i.e., the interest of society, as well as the unimpeded completion of the investigation.

Salamović is suspected of fabricating work experience based on which he was appointed director of KJKP Rad, and earlier as acting executive director, and later as director.

Sulejmanović was the head of the Supervisory Board that appointed the director of KJKP Rad.
