
(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has sent a proposal to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order custody for the suspect Vasiljević Stojan, born in 2001 in Bijeljina, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Custody has been proposed for reasons prescribed by Article 132, Paragraph 1, points b) and c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"The suspect was deprived of liberty within the investigation being conducted regarding the placement of a GPS device under the car of Deputy Chief Prosecutor Džermin Pašić, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of preparing a criminal offense under Article 248 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in connection with the criminal offense of obstructing the work of justice under Article 241, Paragraph 2 of the same Law," the statement from the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina reads.
