Prosecutor's Office of BiH seeks information on RS National Assembly session: Suspicion of attack on constitutional order

(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of BiH today sent an official request to the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RS) for information and legal assistance.

This move, as explained, is based on the provisions of the Law on Criminal Procedure of BiH and information indicating the possible commission of several criminal offenses.

According to the statements, criminal offenses such as conspiracy to commit a criminal offense, preparation of a criminal offense, attack on the constitutional order, non-enforcement of decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH, the Court of BiH, and the European Court of Human Rights, and obstruction of an official in the performance of official duties are suspected.

The request was sent directly to the office of the Speaker of the RS National Assembly, Nenad Stevandić, with an appeal for urgent cooperation.

It was requested that the necessary documents be submitted by fax or e-mail to expedite legal processes.

We remind you that a special session of the RS National Assembly is announced for tomorrow, where, according to announcements, the prevention of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH from exercising their jurisdiction in the RS entity may be considered and adopted.

The information prepared for tomorrow's session lists all the decisions of past High Representatives and the Constitutional Court of BiH that do not align with the interests of the regime in RS.

The process against the President of RS Milorad Dodik and acting director of the Official Gazette of RS, Miloš Lučić, before the Court of BiH is also mentioned.

"The fact that a court proceeding is being conducted against the President of RS and the director of the Public Institution Official Gazette of RS for a 'criminal offense' that was criminalized by the decision of the German diplomat Christian Schmidt unequivocally proves that the legal system in BiH is undermined.

So, as impossible as it may sound in the 21st century, this criminal offense was conceived and 'introduced into the legal system' by an individual who has usurped legislative, judicial, and executive functions in BiH, and who presents himself as an alternative to the highest legislative body in BiH," it is stated, among other things, in the Information.
