BiH Prosecutor's Office opens case against state prosecutor Dubravko Čampare

(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina last week opened a criminal case against state prosecutor Dubravko Čampare.

Within this investigation, Čampare's actions in the case of witness discreditation in the Black Tie case will be investigated, Istraga.ba has learned. Istraga.

The day after the case against Dubravko Čampare was opened, there was a mysterious flood in the office of the acting director of FUP, Vahidin Munjić.

The water, as Istraga.ba has learned, also destroyed certain documentation that could be subject to the investigation against prosecutor Čampare.

Trying to cover up his friends (Mustafa Selmanović and Gordana Memija), prosecutor Čampare, together with the acting director of FUP, Vahidin Munjić, "formed" cases that were supposed to result in the discreditation of key witnesses from the Black Tie case, within which associates of the drug cartel of Edin Gačanin Tito are under investigation by the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

Čampare, Istraga.ba has learned, intensively communicated with the suspect Gordana Memija shortly before the Black Tie operation, to whom he revealed information about the prosecutor handling the case.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office possesses evidence of Čampare's connections with Gordana Memija, who is the best man of Elmedin Konaković, the president of the People and Justice party, whose vice-president Denis Zvizdić is the first cousin of prosecutor Dubravko Čampare.

In addition to cooperating with Memija, Dubravko Čampare attempted to reactivate already closed cases at the BiH Prosecutor's Office to discredit witnesses in this case - Marina Zović and Ibru Bešlija, FUP officials who testified that Vahidin Munjić and others concealed evidence confirming the cooperation of the head of FUP Special Police, Mustafa Selmanović, and his special forces with individuals from the drug cartel.

In October last year, Istraga.ba published the "kečer" case, which clearly shows how the Čampare family acted to protect Vahidin Munjić and others.

During Aljoša Čampare's term as the Federal Minister of Internal Affairs, FUP acquired "kečers", i.e., devices that can, via a base station, be used to send messages from your name and phone number to a desired address.

After the former director of FUP, and today a delegate in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament, Zlatko Miletić, went to the BiH Prosecutor's Office to inform the prosecutor handling the Black Tie case, Sanjin Kulenović, about the existence of "kečers" in FUP, the Čampare family, with their infrastructure, enters the scene.

Thus, through Ervin Mušinović, an FMUP official hired by Aljoša Čampare, the former federal minister orders Vahidin Munjić, the acting director of FUP, to react urgently and file a report against an unknown person who allegedly misused "kečers".

It was agreed that the report would be sent at a precise time so that, through manipulations in the prosecutor's TCMS system, the case would be assigned to - pay attention now - prosecutor Dubravko Čampare, the brother of former minister Aljoša Čampare, who also acquired the "kečers".

Munjić orders that the "kečeri" be examined without a court or prosecutor's order, and it is "determined" that there is suspicion that someone misused their position. However, it is unknown who. And therefore, FUP files a report against an unknown person from FUP regarding the "kečeri" case.

The plan was to suspect FUP officials who testified in the Black Tie case - Marina Zović and Ibro Bešlija - of potential misuse. Shortly thereafter, Ervin Mušinović, under Aljoša Čampare's instructions, informs the Klix portal that FUP has reported unknown persons regarding the "kečeri" case.

"The Federal Police Administration, after conducting internal checks, has filed a criminal complaint due to the suspicion that in the earlier period, i.e., until 2021, special investigative actions were carried out illegally, specifically by misusing IMSI Catcher devices, Klix has learned," it was published on September 5 this year.

The article, signed by Ervin Mušinović, i.e., Aljoša Čampare, states that "supervision over the use of the IMSI Catcher device was initiated by the director of the Federal Police Administration, Vahidin Munjić, at the insistence of Minister Ramo Isak, who demanded that it be checked whether there was illegal wiretapping and other forms of illegal special investigative actions against BiH citizens".

However, the article did not state that the case was assigned to state prosecutor Dubravko Čampare. The goal was to obstruct a part of the investigation in the Black Tie case, within which the director of FUP, Vahidin Munjić, was arrested.

To avoid suspicion that Dubravko Čampare was leading the investigation into the "kečeri" case, which his brother Aljoša had acquired, the state prosecutor declared himself "incompetent" and the case was transferred to the level of the KS Prosecutor's Office, even though he knew that his colleague Sanjin Kulenović was already conducting an investigation in that case.

Let us remind you that Munjić and Selmanović in the criminal case Black Tie are represented by lawyer Mirsad Crnovršanin, a partner from the law firm of Maida Čampare (wife of prosecutor Dubravko Čampare), while Selmanović is represented by lawyer Denisa Gačanin. She, too, before practicing law, was a professional associate of state prosecutor Dubravko Čampare.

In addition to cases related to Black Tie, the BiH Prosecutor's Office will also check prosecutor Čampare's similar actions in the case concerning Aleksandar Mičić, known as Aco Makedonac.
