Turkish Minister of Defence Akar welcomed in front of the BiH Ministry of Defence

(Patria) - Minister of Defence of the Republic of Turkey Hulusi Akar, who is visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina, also visited the Kovači Martyrs' Cemetery in Sarajevo and paid tribute to the first President of the Presidency of BiH Alija Izetbegović.

After that, a ceremonial welcome was organized for the Turkish delegation within the BiH Ministry of Defence building, as well as an official meeting of the delegations of the BiH Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces of BiH and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Turkey.

Akar will also meet with members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, visit the LOT house of the Turkish Military Mission in Zenica, as well as Turkish soldiers in Butmir base near Sarajevo.

After visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkish Minister of Defence Akar will travel to visit Kosovo.
