Turković: The world is becoming aware that Bosnia and Herzegovina faces a security problem and threat

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - It is absolutely justified and understandable that the US and the international community recognize the seriousness of events in the entity that incite hatred and spread fear, especially among returnees, and that competent authorities are called upon to do their job, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH Bisera Turković today via Facebook.

"Among our partners and friends around the world, there is a growing awareness that Bosnia and Herzegovina faces a security challenge and threat, and that things should be treated in that way first. We certainly need to resolve political challenges, reforms, and obligations ahead of us through dialogue within institutions, but there can be no negotiations when it comes to security, territorial integrity and sovereignty, respect for laws and court rulings," Turković added.

She stated that it is a matter of enforcing laws, and that agencies and the judiciary exist for that purpose.
