Turković and Ramić in Atlanta at the gathering of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian diaspora

SARAJEVO, (Patria) Deputy Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bisera Turković, Federal Minister of Displaced Persons and Refugees Edin Ramić and the Mufti for North America Sabahudin-ef. Ćeman attended the event "Homeland, we are with you" in Atlanta.

The cultural and religious program in Atlanta was also attended by a significant number of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian diaspora in the United States of America.

Ramić informed those present about the situation in the homeland and pointed out the importance of involving the Bosnian-Herzegovinian diaspora in the current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He also highlighted the significant role of young people who have completed their education and started their working careers in American institutions.

As he said, by working responsibly and professionally in their jobs, they can greatly help their homeland as well.

Ramić also reminded of the very complex period Bosnia and Herzegovina is going through, and that the diaspora can completely change the current situation of the returnee community in the RS entity in one election cycle.

The celebration of the Statehood Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina is an opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of its observance.

The Mufti for North America, Sabahudin Ćeman, emphasized that the Islamic Community will continue to provide every form of support to the home country.

Turković called on all Bosnians and Herzegovinians to participate in the processes where decisions are made and to exercise their right, both for Bosnia and Herzegovina and for the United States of America.
