Tuning show: Car enthusiasts enjoyed in Zenica

Car enthusiasts from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina and other European cities gathered today in Zenica, at Kamberovića polje, to participate in the fourth Tuning show "Getaway in Zenica".

The organizer told us that this show is dedicated to Amar Jašić, who hanged himself last year and thus ended his life in this world.

- The idea for organizing such an event came a few years ago, when a few of us car enthusiasts gathered in a parking lot. When that number increased, we came up with the idea that we should organize something, we founded a club, and after three years we organized the first Tuning show - said organizer Adi Krgo for the Patria news agency.

About 150 cars are participating in the competition today, which consists of two parts. The first part concerns car styling; judges will evaluate all cars and declare a winner in more than 10 categories, for which 20 trophies will be awarded. The second part is "Race in music", where judges will use instruments to measure the loudness of music in the car and award 13 trophies in five categories.

 - This year, the tuning show is at a different location, but there are many more competitors and people than in previous years. We are also proud that several foreigners came, a few from Austria. By organizing the competition, we aimed for every participant to receive a trophy - said Krgo.

During breaks, participants talked with visitors, danced to music, and took photos with hostesses.

The organizer thanked everyone who helped with the organization, added that the city always helps with the organization of the show, and praised the sports and recreation center Kamberoviće for giving them a large discount on the use of their space.
