Tuka secures semi-final spot without issues

Amel Tuka, Bosnia and Herzegovina's top athlete, qualified for the semi-finals of the European Indoor Championships held in Glasgow tonight.

Tuka finished first in the 800-meter race in a fantastic finish, competing in the first quarter-final heat. He recorded a time of 1:47.96, which was enough for a secure spot in the semi-finals. After crossing the finish line, Tuka kissed the BiH flag on his jersey, marking March 1st, BiH Independence Day.

Besides the BiH athlete, Mariano Garcia from Spain also qualified for tomorrow's semi-final.

Our second representative, Abedin Mujezinović, achieved a personal best. In the 800-meter race, he took third place (1:49.26).

The final is scheduled for Sunday.
