Grief in the Gadžun family home: Two-year-old Džan loses battle with leukemia

(Patria) - A new tragedy in the home of Amila and Muris Gadžun. After suffering the irreplaceable loss of their daughter Džena, their two-year-old son Džan has died in Istanbul following a serious illness.

The sad news was shared on social media by his parents.

"My darling, my lion, your heart could not take it, I hope your mother can bear this pain for you and your sister. My birds of paradise, I love you," Amila wrote on her Facebook.

"My lion, you fought like a lion until the last second. Unfortunately, the vicious disease was stronger and it won. You went to a better world and a better place with your sister, where nothing will hurt you anymore.

We are proud to have had you as a son and your sister. We love you, lion, your dad, Mija, Ado and Em," the boy's father Muris Gadžun wrote in a Facebook post.

Little Džan had been undergoing treatment in Turkey for some time, and had been diagnosed with leukemia.
