Trojka again visits Dodik: He announced it's the last attempt at stabilization before partnership collapse

(Patria) - The President of SNSD and RS, Milorad Dodik, announced a new meeting of the partners forming the state government today. The meeting will be held in East Sarajevo, although the 'Trojka' was supposed to host the new meeting. However, it is evident that the 'Trojka' has once again yielded to Dodik's wishes. The meeting will be held after the trial of Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić at the Court of BiH.

"Today, in another attempt to give a chance to the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we will organize a meeting of the partners in the government at the joint level, Mr. Čović, the Serb side, and the Bosniak side, at the Administrative Center of the Government of Republika Srpska in East Sarajevo.

I think this is the last attempt at stabilization before that partnership could collapse. Therefore, we expect to resolve the issues of the blockage in the work of the House of Peoples, which is blocked by Bosniaks who have left and thus blocked the work of the House of Peoples.

To resolve the issue of the illegal High Representative and his decisions, to suspend them, and to agree to pass the Election Law as soon as possible, which is already possible tomorrow, in the House of Representatives, which would establish all that is normal for a country, and that is the technical level.

The Central Election Commission, which has gained too much significance through the decisions of the illegal Schmidt, must be stripped of its power. Costs related to elections must be rationalized, and representation of the peoples, constituent peoples, must be visible in the election commissions, as stipulated by the Constitution and the law.

I expect we will consider all of this today at the meeting. If there is no agreement, I am no longer sure how much sense that partnership makes. After several agreements and what the foreigners have destroyed, primarily the American Ambassador Murphy, the entire European path has been blocked.

The optimism we had has receded, and we cannot move forward until we resolve the causes of this blockage. And that is, above all, the illegal Schmidt, who continues to destroy BiH's European perspective," Dodik announced.
