(Patria) - Regarding Nenad Stevandić's call for negotiations where he offers to withdraw unconstitutional laws adopted in the National Assembly of RS in exchange for a pardon for him, Dodik and Višković, the Trojka parties (SDP, NiP and NS) believe that there are no negotiations on respecting the Constitution and laws.
"Just as laws apply to citizens, they must also apply to politicians.
The demand to annul a law they have violated is unacceptable. At the same time, it is a shameful message to citizens that laws should not apply to the 'privileged'.
Some politicians at some point think they are above the Constitution, laws and institutions, but they very quickly shed tears in those same institutions when they realize that this is not the case and that they have realized all this too late. The Constitution and the law are a red line for us. Those who cross it should not seek an interlocutor from us. Their only interlocutor can be the Prosecutor's Office, and those conversations can only have an admission of guilt as their topic.
We call on everyone in Bosnia and Herzegovina to respect the Constitution and laws, as well as to resist all those who, saving their personal wealth and political careers, fleeing from the law, express readiness to sacrifice the lives of other people's children so that their own children can continue to have what they are used to. Force and arrogance no longer work anywhere, nor do unprincipled calls for negotiations to save Dodik, Višković and Stevandić", state Trojka.
