Trojka can overturn the minutes of the Council of Ministers meeting and enable a new vote for the public administration coordinator

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina will hold a session today at which ministers should declare on the minutes of the previous 37th session and the 24th extraordinary session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We remind you that at the session on February 1 (37th session), the coordinator for public administration and two deputies (one with a mandate, the other in an acting capacity) were appointed, thereby circumventing the political agreement of the Trojka, HDZ and SNSD, because the position of coordinator was supposed to belong to the parties of the Trojka.

However, at the session itself, a list was proposed that did not correspond to the reached agreement, and Darko Kasap was appointed as coordinator, a HDZ cadre who in 2015, at the proposal of that party, was a minister in the Government of Posavina Canton.

Miloš Golijanin was appointed as deputy, while Samir Sabljica, who actually applied for the position of coordinator, was appointed as acting deputy!

Although Krišto was asked at the same session to vote again, she refused, stating that the item was concluded, even though she was aware of the coalition agreement.

In this way, the Trojka lost one position, but if they were to raise an objection to the minutes and not support them, there is a possibility that the voting procedure could ultimately be repeated.

As Patria learns, the Office for Legislation of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina has still not received the conclusion to prepare a decision on the dismissal or appointment of the coordinator and two deputies.

Therefore, at today's session, it is crucial how the ministers from among the Bosniaks will position themselves and whether they will leave room to correct the injustice.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elmedin Konaković did not want to answer Patria's question about today's vote on the minutes and whether he will fight for this position.
