Trojka delivers Autoceste and Ceste FBiH to HDZ: Development Bank of FBiH next in line

(Patria) - Since the imposed Government of FBiH was confirmed, personnel changes have occurred in public enterprises, institutions, agencies, and funds. So far, management structures have been changed in several profitable companies, to the detriment of Bosniaks. Such is the case with Autoceste FBiH, Ceste FBiH, the Environmental Protection Fund, and all appointments have been published in the Official Gazette of FBiH.

The parties of the Trojka (SDP, NIP, Naša stranka) have agreed to reduce the number of Bosniaks and increase the number of Croats, resulting in HDZ BiH having complete control over Autoceste FBiH and Ceste FBiH for the first time. The responsible Minister of Transport and Communications, Andrijana Katić, is also from HDZ BiH.

Thus, the director of Autoceste is Denis Lasić, former Minister of Transport and Communications, while the executive directors Kristijan Milas and Mirko Rogić are proposals from HDZ, and the executive directors also include Asmir Dževlan and Mirnesa Agić. The previous management was dismissed despite their mandate being valid until April 2026. The dismissed management consisted of three Bosniaks and two Croats.

Regarding the Supervisory Board, it has not been changed and has a valid mandate until 2025. The Supervisory Board includes Dobroslav Galić, Ante Vrdoljak, Marija Buntić, as well as Samir Kajimović and Indira Čišić. Therefore, HDZ has a majority in both the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.

As for Ceste FBiH, the director Ljubo Pravdić, proposed by HDZ BiH, remains, and the executive directors are Luka Raguž and Ademir Toromanović. Previously, they were Bekir Isaković and Nijaz Hadžikadunić.

The Supervisory Board previously included Anis Krivić, Željko Petrović, Igor Josipović, Amir Omerović, and Mustafa Abdulahović. In the new board, Željko Petrović and Igor Josipović remain, and the three new members are Nermin Bojičić, Ahmed Mušija, and Nermin Jašarević. Thus, both the company director and the president of the Supervisory Board are from HDZ, and instead of two Bosniaks in the Management Board, only one remains.

In Željeznice Federacije BiH, the Management Board remains the same for now, but the composition of the Supervisory Board has been changed. Out of the five members appointed by the Government of FBiH, four are Croats and Serbs. The previous Supervisory Board had three Bosniaks and two Croats. A Bosniak was the president, and in the new Supervisory Board, Ivana Tomović, who is also the president, Slobodan Kadijević, Tomislav Galić, Damir Dinarević, and Želimir Bukarić are members. Two members not appointed by the Government of FBiH remain unchanged: Asmira Hujdurović-Ibrišimović and Asmir Šibić.

Regarding Sarajevo International Airport, the Management Board is still the same, but the Supervisory Board has been changed, even though its mandate was supposed to last until December 2025. In the new Supervisory Board, acting members are Benjamin Mešak, Adnan Mahmutović, Adi Halilović, and Žan Matić and Vlado Džoić. Only Džoić remains from the previous composition.

As for the company Ceste Mostar, the mandate of the Management Board, which was in an acting capacity, has been confirmed. Thus, for a period of four years, the following have been appointed: Branko Bago, Zdenko Propadalo, Maja Pehar, and Josip Marjanović. As is evident, national balance was not considered.

In JP Pošta d.d. Sarajevo, the current Management Board remains, while the Supervisory Board has been changed. Thus, instead of Zijo Brzina, Stipo Prlić is now the president of the Supervisory Board. Also in the Supervisory Board are Tarik Imamović, Mufid Lojo, Adnan Kuč, Armen Jačević, Mesud Ajanović, and Josip Bulić, who remained from the previous composition.

In Operator Terminalni FBiH and Igman Konjic, the management remains the same, with changes in the Supervisory Board members. In OTF, two Bosniaks have been replaced, while Davor Bošnjak has retained his position.

The management of Ginex has not yet been changed, but the Supervisory Board has. Thus, instead of Sedad Dedić and Mirsad Dučić, Ferid Buljubašić and Ahmed Sejdić have been appointed.

In the Supervisory Board of BNT Tvornica mašina i hidraulike d.d. Novi Travnik, Džana Smailbegović and Milena Brkić have been appointed instead of Emir Letić and Lejla Skopljak. The management has not yet been changed.

In Binas from Bugojno, the old management still remains, and the Government of FBiH has appointed two new members to the Supervisory Board, even though their mandate was valid until July 2026. Amer Berčić and Nermin Sabitović have been appointed.

In the company Ferolektro, Dražen Laganin has been appointed as director instead of Mirsad Jašarević, and the Supervisory Board has also been changed.

The Government of FBiH has also changed the Supervisory Board of the Development Bank of FBiH, and out of the seven members of the Supervisory Board, only the cadres of HDZ BiH have not lost the "trust of the owner." Thus, Zoran Zaljko, Mario Gadžić, and Igor Živko remained. Four members have been changed, and the new members are: Admir Softić, Azra Pohara, Safet Sinanović, and Muris Junuzović. A change in the Management Board of the Development Bank of FBiH is expected in the coming period.
