Trifunović Detained

In deciding on the motion of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina for detention, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a decision annulling the Court's decision of June 16, 2014, and ordered a one-month detention for the suspect Srećko Trifković. The detention under this decision can last until October 18, 2014, or until a new decision by the Court, reports Patria.

Having reviewed the submitted evidence, the Court determined that there is a well-founded suspicion that the suspect has committed the criminal offenses he is charged with, and ordered detention due to circumstances indicating a risk of flight.

Srećko Trifković is suspected of committing the criminal offense of organized crime in connection with the criminal offense of unauthorized trafficking of narcotic drugs.
