SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Three men were deprived of liberty after, on the night of January 9th to 10th, they insulted Bosniaks and sang nationalist and Chetnik songs in the Igman restaurant in Ilidža.
Police officers of the Fifth Police Station deprived of liberty the following individuals: M.S., born in 1996, residing in Han Pijesak, N.T., born in 2001, residing in East Novo Sarajevo, and D.P., born in 1990, residing in Sokolac, due to reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offense under Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Inciting National, Racial, and Religious Hatred, Discord, or Intolerance), to the detriment of E.S. from Sarajevo.
The Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton was informed, and they were handed over to the premises of the Unit for Security of Facilities and Detention of Persons Deprived of Liberty of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton.
The suspects are still in the premises of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton undergoing criminal investigation.
