(Patria) - A third case of coronavirus infection has also been confirmed in the Republika Srpska entity, it was confirmed today by the Institute of Public Health of RS.
The Minister of Health and Social Protection of Republika Srpska, Alen Šeranić, confirmed that a third case of coronavirus infection has been registered in RS.
Šeranić emphasized that the third infected person is a middle-aged man, who also stayed in Italy, and was a fellow traveler of the first man who tested positive for coronavirus in RS.
"He resides in Čelinac," the minister stated.
Branislav Zeljković, acting director of the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska, said that as soon as they received the results, they informed the ministry.
He stated that all persons close to the third patient will be in isolation, Nezavisne reported.
Results are also awaited, according to confirmed information for Patria, for an Italian student who has been in isolation for five days.
