(Patria) - Vehicle traffic towards the south of our country, as well as at numerous border crossings, has increased. The Sarajevo-Mostar road is particularly busy today, where traffic is still moving in queues on some sections.

Long queues of vehicles are present at the exits from our country at the border crossings: Ivanica, Bijača, Kostajnica, Gradina, Gradiška, Gabela Polje, and Doljani. At other border crossings, passenger vehicles are not currently waiting longer than 30 minutes. Due to bridge damage, the Brčko border crossing can only be used by pedestrians.

Due to active landslides, we highlight the A-1 highway section Lepenica-Tarčin, as well as the main roads Sarajevo-Foča (at the locations Sijeračke stijene and Tuhalji) and Gacko-Tjentište (between the Čemerno and Surdup tunnels).

Construction work is ongoing on the A-1 highway section Visoko-Podlugovi, as well as on the main roads: Sarajevo-Pale, Gnojnice-Nevesinje (Dračevice), and Jablanica-Mostar (Donja Jablanica).

On the main road Jablanica-Blidinje, traffic is still suspended due to road damage.

Due to an active landslide, traffic is interrupted on the regional roads Vrbaška-Mrakovica (in the Vučijak quarry area) and Ugljevik-Glavičice, in the village of Ugljevik.

Traffic is prohibited for vehicles over 5 tons of maximum permissible weight at the Karakaj border crossing (near Zvornik). Trucks over 5 tons are redirected to the Bratunac or Rača border crossings, while buses can use the Šepak border crossing. Trucks can travel through the Šepak border crossing from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 10 PM to 6 AM (on weekends, they can cross between 10 PM and 6 AM).

On the occasion of International Labour Day, the transport of explosives in Bosnia and Herzegovina is prohibited tonight until midnight.
