We will seek an explanation on how the RS MoI expeditiously obtained a warrant to search Klix.ba

The "Prvi mart" coalition will seek an explanation on whether police structures generally receive warrants and rulings for investigative actions across entity borders expeditiously, and why the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs obtained one so quickly in the case of the search of the Klix.ba portal, said Edin Ikanović, coordinator of "Prvi mart" activities in Bratunac for the BH News Agency Patria.

- The moment our country has a unified media space, i.e., one public, not three, the levers of local power brokers will collapse. Dodik is afraid of that, because this process has just been opened. Instead of focusing on establishing responsibility for the purchase of deputies in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, the entire apparatus of the judiciary and police of Republika Srpska has been put into the service of protecting the SNSD leadership - said Ikanović.

We remind you that after the police of the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted an eight-hour search of Klix, confiscated 19 hard drives, and prevented their regular operation, numerous reactions were sent. However, there is still no official stance on whether all legal procedures were followed in this case and whether the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs could have carried out this search at all.
