Heatwave: Red Meteoalarm in Banja Luka and Prijedor, Follow Authorities' Warnings

The weather is extremely dangerous. An exceptionally intense meteorological event has been forecast. Major damage and accidents are possible over a large area, in most cases with danger to life. Keep yourself regularly informed about expected meteorological conditions and risks, citizens of Banja Luka and Prijedor have been warned.

- Temperatures will be extremely high, up to 40 degrees Celsius. Follow orders and advice given by your state authorities under any conditions and be prepared for emergency measures – meteorologists warn.

For other parts of BiH, an orange meteoalarm has been issued, with unusual weather conditions forecast.
