Heatwave: Sunny weather, 40 degrees in Herzegovina

Sunny weather is expected in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the morning. Moderate cloud development is expected in the second half of the day, which will cause local showers and light thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.

- Light to moderate northeast wind. The lowest morning air temperature will be between 15 and 20 °C, in southern Herzegovina from 21 to 26 °C. The highest daily air temperature will be mostly between 31 and 37 °C, in southern Herzegovina up to 40 degrees Celsius - according to the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute.

The morning hours will be more pleasant, after which, due to rising temperatures, sensitive individuals may experience an increase in symptoms related to their illnesses. Chronic patients should reduce their time spent outdoors and refrain from strenuous activities in the afternoon. It is advisable to take measures to protect against high temperatures and UV radiation.
