Heating plants ready for the start of the new heating season from September 20

KJKP Toplane – Sarajevo informs users of central heating in Sarajevo that functional tests will be carried out on the central heating system from September 15 to 20, 2016, between 08:00 and 16:00, in order to check the readiness of the entire heating system before the upcoming 2016/2017 heating season.

Functional tests on the central heating system will be carried out according to the following schedule:

- September 15, 2016, in the Centar Regional Unit,

- September 16, 2016, in the Novo Sarajevo I and II Regional Units,

- September 19, 2016, in the Dobrinja, Ilidža, Hadžići, and Iljaš Regional Units,

- September 20, 2016, in the Alipašino polje Regional Unit.

We ask users of central heating to, in case of any malfunctions or leaks in the central heating installations in the buildings during the functional tests, inform their manager or our duty service by calling: 033/650-956 and 033/650-979, in order to prevent any unwanted consequences and damage.

The start of the heating season is defined by the Decree on General Conditions for the Production, Supply, and Use of Thermal Energy, according to which the official heating season begins on October 15, or the heating season may begin earlier, if the average daily outdoor air temperature is equal to or below 12 degrees Celsius for two consecutive days.

KJKP Toplane – Sarajevo will be operationally ready for the start of the 2016/2017 heating season from September 20.
