Heating plants offer write-off of default interest for users settling their heating debt

(Patria) - The Cantonal Public Utility Company (KJKP) "Toplane - Sarajevo" d.o.o. Sarajevo has informed users that, in accordance with the valid regulations in the FBiH, there is a possibility of writing off legal default interest for all users who settle their total heating debt, including any court costs.

"For those who are unable to pay the debt at once, it is possible to pay the debt in installments, by concluding a reprogramming agreement, in accordance with regulations and with adequate security.

Our goal is to provide users with a realistic and accessible opportunity to settle their due obligations, with fair and equal treatment for everyone.

We invite users to visit us at our customer centers, where they can get detailed information and support in finding the most favorable repayment method. Together we will find a solution," stated Toplane.
